Registration

Please complete the form below to register for the conference. We will generate an invoice based on the information provided.

Conference fees include the obligatory membership fee for the ESPP (EUR 60).

Early bird registration (until July 31st, 2024):

  • Standard fee: EUR 210
  • Reduced fee (MA/PhD students): EUR 160

Late registration (from August 1st, 2024):

  • Standard fee: EUR 270
  • Reduced fee (MA/PhD students): EUR 210

Conference dinner: EUR 50

The fee will be calculated and displayed in Polish zloty (PLN), which is the official currency in Poland. The slight discrepancy between the official exchange rate and the one used to set the conference fee is due to the exchange rate fluctuation risks. Payment can be made via direct bank transfer or card.
